It’s been weeks since we’ve heard any new information in regards to Fast and Furious 7. During the spring and most of the summer, we gathered details about the production, and how it would continue without actor Paul Walker. Now, we have rumors that may be major spoilers via Cinema Blend about what the new film might have in store for fans.
After taking a hiatus in the wake of Paul Walker’s death, Fast and Furious 7 is rumored to center around seeking revenge. As we saw at the end of Fast and Furious 6, Han met his end in the final scene, and now the group might gather to go after the man responsible for his death.
This speculation comes from actor Vin Diesel’s still photo that he decided to share on his Facebook. In the production still the group is featured attending the somber funeral of their friend Han, including Walker.

As for how much we’ll see of Walker, it’s suspected that we won’t be missing his presence from the new film. The actor shot most of his work before his tragic car accident which lead to his sudden death on November 30. Anything else was filled in by his brothers Cody and Caleb Walker. The two look-a-like brothers stepped in so Walker’s role could be completed and serve his exit that the team had to dream up during the long hiatus. The Walker brothers were used as stand-ins for when the production adds the final CGI touches so that Walker will be present throughout the film.

As we know, Fast and Furious 7 is Paul’s last film, but Walker’s character Brian will have a much happier ending. Even though we aren’t sure what that ending may be, we do know for certain that Universal Pictures has decided to keep Brian alive and well.

Additionally, there’s a rumor going around that Cody Walker could turn up as a whole new character in order to anchor the continuing franchise with Vin Diesel, but nothing has been confirmed.
As for the villain in Fast and Furious 7, it’s none other than Jason Statham, which was a giveaway since he turned up for a cameo at the end of Fast and Furious 6.
During an interview with Coming Soon, Jason said of his role in the series, “Obviously, we’re trying to work out now what angle to come from. Some people say, ‘Wait, are you gonna be the villain? The guy who threatens the world and wants to blow everything up?’ No. ‘What kind of an antagonist are you gonna be?’ I’m not gonna say what I’m gonna be.”
