‘RHOOC’ Star Shannon Beador: ‘I Don’t Use Alcohol As An Excuse’

Shannon Beador appeared surprised with the drama involved with being on The Real Housewives of Orange County as the season started airing. During her introduction speech, Shannon revealed that she had no secrets to hide, but her marriage was quickly highlighted in the media. Beador wasn’t spending too much time with her husband, David Beador, and he had even told her that maybe he should move out.

Shannon and her husband started working on their marriage, but Shannon’s drinking problem was soon highlighted by her co-stars. Tamra Barney and Vicki Gunvalson quickly noticed that Beador was drinking vodka straight without a mixer and quickly believed that Shannon had a problem. It was assumed that Shannon was drinking to forget about her marital problems.

According to a new Bravo report, Shannon Beador is now addressing the rumor that she has been relying on alcohol to get through her first season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. It is no secret that Shannon has had issues with Heather Dubrow, Tamra Barney and even Vicki Gunvalson at times, so these women may not be the most reliable of sources.

“I don’t use alcohol as an excuse for forgetting things this season — but Tamra has on more than one occasion,” Shannon reveals about her drinking.

Beador also writes that the other ladies were often the ones stirring up drama. She shifts the blame to Tamra for the comment that Terry Dubrow wanted to “take the Beadors down” because she had the statement confirmed by Gunvalson.

Shannon Beador admits that watching her marital issues on television is very rough. Like Kristen Taekman from The Real Housewives of New York, this reality show may have helped her strengthen her marriage. Since filming wrapped, Shannon and her husband David have been sharing pictures on Instagram, showing how happy they are.

“I realize that nagging and complaining isn’t going to get me what I want in my relationship with my husband. So I’ve absolutely made adjustments, and it’s been good,” Shannon has revealed about her marriage.

Now that she is doing better in her marriage, she only has issues with her co-stars. According to The Inquisitr, Shannon Beador has been very vocal about how she feels about Tamra. Beador feels that Barney has said things about her that has damaged her character and name in Orange County.

Of course, Barney tends to say things without thinking twice about how much her comments will hurt other people. It isn’t surprising that Beador won’t be making up with Tamra after this dramatic season.
