Scott Disick Says He’s Much Healthier After Deciding To Give Up Drinking

Scott Disick swore off drinking after a few high-profile incidents this summer, and now the reality television star said he’s happy with the healthy changes he’s made.

Disick was spotted at Liquid Sundays at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut, where he appeared with unofficial sister-in-law Khloe Kardashian. There he told People magazine that he is doing well since making the decision to give up drinking.

“I’m good,” Disick, 31, told the magazine. “I’ve had ups and downs. Every time you can better yourself it’s a good thing, and a positive thing.”

Scott Disick has had some high-profile struggles with alcohol recently. Earlier in the summer, witnesses spotted him on a drunken, out-of-control spell in which he was seen hitting on waitresses and even kissing one.

He later had a drunken night of partying that ended with a trip to the hospital for alcohol poisoning, prompting an ultimatum from wife Kourtney Kardashian and ultimately leading Scott Disick to give up drinking.

It has not been an easy road to recovery. After vowing to give up alcohol, Disick attended Jennifer Lopez’s 45th birthday celebration in the Hamptons, and was seen posing for photos while holding a wine glass.

Scott Disick has plenty of reasons to stay sober. Aside from risking his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, Scott could also be putting his career in jeopardy if he were to fade from the Kardashian reality television empire. And to make matters more serious, he and Kourtney are expecting their third child in a matter of months.

“I’m excited to just be feeling good and living healthy, eating better, exercising more and doing whatever I can to get by,” said Disick, who was seen drinking only bottled water at the event in Connecticut.

Scott Disick added that his longtime girlfriend is doing great, and that, “She’ll [keep running around] until that kid pops out of her.”
