‘Bachelor’ Star Sean Lowe: ‘Women Have A Deadline For Marriage And Reproduction’
Bachelor star Sean Lowe has experience with being the main man on the show looking for love and being a man in a sea of other men, trying to get the attention of one woman. The world was introduced to Sean when he tried to win over Emily Maynard on her season of The Bachelorette, but he was sent packing after their hometown date. She ended up picking Jef Holm, but they split just weeks after announcing their engagement on national television.
Since Sean has been on both shows over the years, he has a theory as to why The Bachelor is more popular than The Bachelorette. Lowe believes it all comes down to how people act, and how women are more competitive than men.
According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report, Bachelor star Sean Lowe believes that men compete through physical aggression, whereas women can be more strategic in their actions. “You smile as you quietly take somebody else’s whatever it is,” he reveals. In fact, Lowe also thinks that women have more on the line when it comes to finding love. He reveals that “women have more of a deadline for marriage and reproduction than men,” so they fight dirty to “win.”
Despite having women compete for his heart, Sean managed to see past the drama. He found love with Catherine Giudici, and while they appeared to be very different people, they have proven opposites do attract and that the process does work. Earlier this year, Sean Lowe married Catherine on national television in a lavish Bachelor production wedding.
Even though they have only been married for less than a year, the two could be thinking about starting a family sooner rather than later. Back in January, Sean Lowe and his wife revealed that they were planning on being pregnant within a year, so it would make sense for them to start trying soon. Lowe seems very excited about the idea of becoming a father.
According to The Inquisitr, Catherine recently shared a picture where she was wearing a loosely-fitted top. Rumors quickly spread that she could be pregnant and expecting her first child with her husband, Sean. But if these two were expecting a child, they would be sharing it all over social media or in a magazine. They don’t tend to hide things from their fans.
For example, Sean and Catherine recently shared a video of them doing the ALS ice bucket challenge. Giudici was sitting on Lowe’s shoulders, meaning she was getting the majority of the ice water on her head. It wasn’t something they had to do, but they love sharing things on social media and interacting with their fan base.
