Kandi Burruss Intends To Lose 20 Pound In A Month, Attempting The Impossible?


Kandi Burruss may be known as one of the sexiest Real Housewives of Atlanta stars, and for good reason, but that hasn’t stopped her from making sure her weight is in check, a fact her husband Todd Tucker is also happy about.

Reality Tv Magazine reported yesterday that Burruss isn’t only watching her weight, she is also about to embark on a pretty ambitious weight loss program in order to lose around 20 pounds in just one month!

By all accounts, even though the new regime isn’t going to be easy for Kandi Burruss, she is very disciplined when it comes to watching what she eats and the exercise she does, and will no doubt step up to the great challenge she has set for herself.

A lot of weight loss talk goes on via Facebook, and many of Kandi’s fans have supported her decision to go for a slimmer physique, although some are worried that she might not be approaching the whole dieting thing in a healthy way.

For a start, most nutritionists and dieticians will tell you that it’s absolutely not healthy to lose more than 10 pounds in a month, and Kandi Burruss wants to drop from a healthy 157 pounds to a slimmer 137.

It is widely considered that Kandi’s plans for intense weight loss are to do with the nationwide tour of her musical, A Mother’s Love, which will last for several months. It seems she wants to drop some pounds before she hits the stage.

The program, which went a bit viral on social media, is intense, as Kandi’s trainer, Kenya Crooks posted on Instagram with Kandi doing crunches along with the apt caption and promise: “I’m going to help Kandi Burruss lose 20 lbs in 30 days baby! # The Real Housewives of Atlanta meets The World’s Greatest!”

Kandi Burruss‘ response to that was: “Omg! He killed me this morning…. Me & my poor baby @rileyburruss. I’m 157… He said he would have me down 20lbs in 30 days. #LetsGo.”

The intense working out along with the strict diet is going to be hard for Kandi Burruss but we have no doubt she will achieve her goal, or at least come close to it.
