Kimberly Wyatt maybe best remembered for her talents as a Pussycat Dolls‘ star, but it seems she has lots of other talents, and one of them is knitting — for her new baby of course.
Wyatt revealed to Hello! magazine the happy news that she, and husband Max Rogers, are expecting a daughter some time in December, though Wyatt had previously kept her pregnancy a complete secret.
So where does the knitting come into it? – I hear you ask
Well, isn’t that obvious? Babies, and knitting kind of go together; fortunately Kimberly Wyatt is a dab-hand with the old knitting needles, sort of:
“I have started to take up knitting little jumpers for the baby. I figured I would do it in the breaks between filming [TV show] Got to Dance, but so far no matter how much I do it, it doesn’t seem to be getting any bigger.”
Despitethis being her first pregnancy, Wyatt has still been making regular appearances as a judge on the British Got to Dance TV show. Apparently she didn’t even tell her cast and crew that she was “with baby,” but they soon worked it out due her “strange behaviour.”
As Kimberly Wyatt explained to the publication:
“It was a struggle because I was having serious dizzy spells and losing more weight than I was gaining because I was feeling nauseous and couldn’t eat. And I was really emotional. There was one couple that came on the show and said they used to be professional dancers but gave it up so they could start a family and I lost it. I burst out sobbing so much I had to go off camera and get myself together.”
For her part, Kimberly Wyatt is reportedly amazed that managed to keep her pregnancy a secret until around the five-month mark: “As my doctor says, ‘Pregnancy is not an illness.’ Life doesn’t stop moving forward and I’ve still wanted to carry on with everything I was doing before and I will continue to when the baby is here,” she said.
