Justin Bieber Adamant He’ll Get Back With Selena Gomez: Phones Her Every Day, Calls Her ‘His Girl’

Justin Bieber still allegedly pines to be with Selena Gomez, and even confidently thinks that they’ll ultimately get back together.

Rumors surrounding their tumultuous relationship, which began in December 2010 and reportedly ended in January 2013, have still been ever-present over the last few months.

Most recently, it appears as though 22-year-old Gomez has finally moved on from her time with the Canadian singer, but Bieber still cockily thinks that he will end up with her.

According to Hollywood Life, Bieber even still refers to her as “his girl” when he is talking about Gomez to his friends.

An insider explained, “Justin is still telling people that there is something going on between them. He still calls Selena his girl, and thinks she’s going to come back to him eventually because their bond is unbreakable. He is a bit delusional since they are not even talking but then again, it’s happened before.”

The demise of Bieber and Gomez’s relationship allowed her to rekindle her friendship with Taylor Swift. The 24-year-old “Red” singer even told Gomez that she was incredibly “proud” of her for finally dumping the controversial icon.

“Taylor and Selena have been talking a lot more now that Justin is out of the picture,” another insider once again told Hollywood Life. “She’s so relieved that Selena finally came to her sense and dumped Justin. She is so proud of Selena and how she’s been handling the breakup.”

As The Inquisitr reported over the weekend, Swift and Gomez’s friendship, which had become so rocky that Swift missed Selena’s 22nd birthday, and Gomez also wasn’t present at Taylor’s Fourth of July party, has now recovered to the point that Taylor is trying to set-up Gomez with some of her friends.

“She’s been trying to set Selena up with some really cool guys that she may be interested in,” the source declared. “Selena didn’t come crying to Taylor when she broke up with Justin. As a result, Taylor has been really supportive of her and offering to talk about the split.”

Meanwhile, it’s also been reported that Bieber has recently started dating Kendall Jenner. The duo was spotted getting close to one another at the 40th birthday for Riccardo Tisci, the fashion designer for Givenchy, which was held in Ibiza on Friday.

An insider told The Sun, “They were inseparable most of the night. Justin has always been good friends with the Kardashians, so he and Kendall go way back. There have been rumors about them dating before and it was even suggested that Kendall played a part in his break-up with Selena Gomez.”
