Acer and AT&T Wireless are preparing to release the Acer Iconia Tab A501 with HSPA+ on September 18 and the device will come with a price tag of $480 or just $330 with a two-year data contract from the wireless carrier.
Many users were hoping for LTE technology which has been left off the device, however the tablet still offers some impressive specs including Google Android 3.0 which will be upgradeable to Android 3.1 via an over-the-air update in the near future.
