Portia de Rossi And Ellen DeGeneres Are NOT Getting Divorced

There have been many rumors flying around lately that Portia de Rossi and her partner Ellen DeGeneres are having severe marital problems, and even considering divorce. The Inquisitr reported on many of these rumors, including the possibility of Ellen and Portia buying a condo together after their marriage was on the rebound. Now, new reports are coming out that suggest Portia is not divorcing her wife after all.

Web Pro News reported that the couple is holding strong, citing the purchase of the condo as the clearest evidence that Portia is not divorcing Ellen. The original source of the story, Radar Online, reported that a source explained:

“Ellen and Portia just purchased an entire floor of a luxury building in Beverly Hills. It is very centrally located, right in the heart of everything that they do in Hollywood. They still have the land and the space they love in Santa Barbara, but this spot offers the convenience that they need.”

Web Pro News cited a book by journalist Randy Jernigan as the main fuel for rumors about the split between Portia and Ellen, which only includes online leaks of portions of the book. The true story has been left completely to speculation, including bits of celebrity gossip that Portia de Rossi was in rehab for alcohol use while Ellen DeGeneres was cheating on her. But it seems unlikely that any of these allegations would be true if Portia and her partner are moving into a new place together. And if they are true, Portia and Ellen seem to be working through the problems.

Just last January, Portia and Ellen purchased another home in Los Angeles and flipped it for a $10 million profit. While the celebrity gossip news circuit has only negative things to say about the supposedly rocky relationship, the actual evidence seems to suggest Portia de Rossi and her wife are doing just fine.
