Chris Brown Threatened By Neighbor: ‘I Shoot Him’ If He Trespasses

Chris Brown may be beyond his past legal troubles, but it seems as though his troubles in a new neighborhood could just be starting.

TMZ reports that the 25-year-old singer is renting a property in the San Fernando Valley, specifically in Agoura, near the Malibu border.

Chris Brown’s new house has a commercial ice cream bar, billiard room, and dance studio. It also boasts a tennis court, club house, and room to park 75 cars. Chris has his pick of six bedrooms, according to UPI. The one thing that the house does not seem to have is welcoming neighbors.

Brown reportedly threw a huge party over the weekend, and an inflamed a neighbor cared less about the parties than he did about the thought of Chris or his friends coming onto his personal property.

The unidentified neighbor confirmed to TMZ, “It can be the devil. I can care less. I don’t care if they are having orgies.”

However, if Chris Brown steps a single toe onto his property, there is going to be a possibly deadly price to pay.

“It can even be Saddam Hussein for all I care, as long as he doesn’t trespass onto my property. If he does, I shoot him,” the neighbor warned.

Chris Brown has seen enough trouble in his young life. He rejected a plea deal in the most recent misdemeanor assault case last month. Brown is reportedly facing a trial in September for allegedly assaulting another man outside of a hotel last October.

According to UPI, 20-year-old Adams Parker tried to jump into one of Brown’s photos, and Chris wasn’t happy about the incident. He allegedly punched Parker in the face, and Brown’s bodyguard then followed suit and allegedly punched Parker in the face. Brown’s bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, was also arrested for attacking the man.

Chris Brown spent some time in jail after violating his probation.

Brown just spent a part of this year in jail for violating his probation, but he is moving forward with the release of the X album this fall, according to Hollywood Life. Chris may find himself working a tour following the release of that album.

A source reported to Hollywood Life that “the tour will be in conjunction with the album and that will happen this year!”

In the meantime, fans will undoubtedly be hoping that Chris Brown stays off his neighbor’s property and out of trouble so he can get back to his music career.
