Vicki Gunvalson From ‘RHOOC’ Gives Reason For Selling Her House

Vicki Gunvalson has been on the show since the very first episode of the entire franchise, and many look up to her for her ability to balance a successful business and her role on a reality show. During the first couple of seasons of the show, Vicki was running her COTO Insurance business out of her home, and fans saw how she managed to grow her business out of her home and into an official office building.

And yet, insurance is what has made Vicki such a successful person. It sounds like it isn’t due to financial reasons that she is leaving her beloved home behind. Gunvalson is now officially divorced and her children have left the nest. Gunvalson is dating Brooks Ayers, but has said that she is not ready to get married or settle down. It sounds like the house is just too big for Gunvalson as she lives there alone.

According to a new Bravo report, Vicki Gunvalson is now revealing why she is selling the home that has been on all of the seasons of The Real Housewives of Orange County. It sounds like she just needs a fresh start now that the divorced is finalized.

“I’m just ready for a change,” she has revealed. She did complete a cosmetic renovation on her entire home on the previous season of the show, as she was almost done settling her divorce. But a quick interior design change wasn’t enough. Now, Gunvalson wants to sell the home. “My whole theory is that when life changes, you have to change everything.” It is possible that Vicki will discuss her new home on this season’s reunion show, which recently filmed.

Apparently, Vicki Gunvalson has already found herself a brand new home and is planning on leaving her little neighborhood behind soon. But Gunvalson isn’t leaving Orange County. “Oh you betcha I’m never leaving the OC,” she revealed when asked about her new home. As for her new crib, it is near her previous co-star, Lydia McLaughlin.

“It’s in Dana Point,” she says. “It’s gorgeous.” Vicki says it has a 180-degree ocean view and is placed on top of a hill. It sounds like Vicki Gunvalson has found herself a nice new house, but many are wondering if Brooks will be moving in with her.

At present time, Vicki just has to sell her own home and she wants to find owners who understands her personal style. During her previous renovations, she had a hand-painted mural done in her dining room and Vicki hopes that the buyer won’t paint over it when she moves out. “When I sell this house, whenever that may be, I hope no one paints over it, because just to me it’s a work of art,” she added.

Even though Vicki has threatened to leave The Real Housewives of Orange County behind, as outlined by The Inquisitr last season, it sounds like she just needed a fresh start in a new home.
