Tim McGraw Slaps Woman: McGraw Defends Himself By Slapping Woman At Concert?

Tim McGraw slapped a woman during one of his shows and the video has hit the internet! The country star was singing his hit Truck Yeah when he went into the Atlanta crowd to touch people’s hands. Well, one female fan got a bit too into it, taking advantage of her position and slapping Tim not once, but twice. According to TMZ, the woman slapped his leg the first time and slapped close to his crotch region the second time — or hit him hard enough that he actually felt it — and then he reacted.

Tim’s rep explained:

“Tim was singing out in the audience and someone firmly grabbed onto his leg and wouldn’t let go as he was moving through the crowd. He instinctively swatted to try to keep them from ripping his jeans (which they succeeded at doing!), and so he could get to more fans who could slap hands with him before the end of the show.”

Tim McGraw clearly slaps the woman about 50 seconds into the video posted by TMZ, which you can see above. According to The New York Daily News, Tim slapped the woman right in the face. Tim must have really got her good too because the woman’s hair “flew back” signifying that she was hit with force.

According to their report:

“McGraw stops singing and reaches out with his left hand, slapping the woman in the face. Her hair flies back as a security guard quickly steps in and pulls her back from the stage as McGraw continues the concert as if nothing happened.”

The woman that Tim McGraw slapped hasn’t come forward, but many think it’s only a matter of time before she does. This could turn into a big thing (read lawsuit), but it would be hard for the woman to make a case since she technically slapped Tim first. Even still, people tend to try whatever they can to get money — or their five minutes of fame — so it wouldn’t be surprising if this woman came forward — even if it were to give a statement to the press.

In other Tim McGraw news, his marriage with Faith Hill is still rumored to be falling apart. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, sources say that it’s “only a matter of time” before one of them files for divorce. Fans, however, don’t believe the rumors for a second. Do you?
