Blake Lively’s gearing up to launch something special to her very soon. Blake’s lifestyle website, called “Preserve,” will be launching online next week! Blake’s been teasing this website to her fans for months now, only revealing that it’ll be inspired by her personal aesthetic.
Now the wait is over! Blake says that Preserve will focus on “artisans and products, many of them hand-made and personally selected.” All items will be available for purchase; there’ll also be videos featuring Blake on the site, with an emphasis on storytelling, E! reveals. Blake says:
“The main element of Preserve is storytelling and living a very one-of-a-kind, curated life, and how to achieve that. There’s nothing like it out there – it’s without a genre.”

Even though Blake’s site isn’t live just yet, there’s already been comparisons to other celebrity “lifestyle” websites, such as Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop and Lauren Conrad’s The Little Market. Ellen Degeneres also just announced her own lifestyle brand last week, adding to the long list. So what makes Blake’s site any different than any other celebrity “lifestyle” site?
“I have so many passions outside of acting and things that I grew up being good at that I don’t utilize,” Blake tells Vogue. Preserve is a perfect landing ground for all the personal passions Blake has collected through her life, a passion she hasn’t been able to share with her career. “Acting was something that my family did so I just kind of got into it by default, but there was so much that I cultivated, thinking that I wouldn’t be an actor.”
In addition to her lifestyle website, Blake also launched her Gucci fragrance endorsement, in a new campaign that captures the essence of old Hollywood glamour. Busy bee as she is, Blake still might be ready to take the next step and become a mother, as we’ve previously reported. Until we start seeing the baby bump on Blake, we can expect to see more of her glamorous style for all of our viewing pleasure.
