Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev are reportedly back together!
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Ian and Nina did a sort of trial run, giving their on and off again relationship another chance. It turns out that The Vampire Diaries stars rekindled their love and are officially on again. According to the report, Nina’s mother had a hand in getting her daughter back together with Somerhalder. She has been a fan of Ian from the start.
There have been numerous rumors surrounding Ian and Nina’s relationship over the past several months. Both actors have been linked to other people, but there has always been the thought that they would get back together. They have become great friends through the years, and it is clear that they both deeply care about one another.
Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev could come clean about the status of their romance soon, that is, if you believe the next batch of rumors. According to Moviepilot, Ian and Nina will make some kind of announcement (perhaps even just step out together) ahead of Ian’s new film The Anomaly. The move is supposed to get people interested in the low-budget film by creating buzz — but true Nian fans think that this is just a hoax and that Ian and Nina won’t go public at all.
According to the site, the rumor is hard to believe:
“‘The Vampire Diaries’ star might only be a TV actor, but with his colossal fan base, high profile directors and producers would walk on glass to have the draw of Somerhalder’s face attached to their projects.”
In a related report by The Inquisitr, Ian is the one who is serious about their relationship. He is apparently ready to settle down and wife Nina up — but she was still wanting to play the field and date other men. While some might say that Nina won’t find anyone better than Ian (does such a man exist?!), she is young and she needs to explore the dating world before she can settle down. Any curiosity or lingering wonders will prohibit her from having a successful monogamous relationship with anyone, never mind with Ian.
