Guess Which ‘Once Upon A Time’ Character Is Getting A Makeover?

Once Upon a Time is about to meet What Not to Wear.

One of the show’s main characters has been in dire need of a makeover for a very long time, and he’s finally getting it. That’s right — the character in question is a guy. Sorry if you wanted to see Stacy London and Clinton Kelly visit Storybrooke to get Ruby out of those short skirts (but who in their right mind would want that?).

According to TV Line, the lucky character getting a makeover on Once Upon a Time is none other than the leather-encased sweat factory known as Hook (Colin O’Donoghue). And no, Stacy and Clinton aren’t actually coming to Storybrooke to get him out of that dirty coat. Matt Webb Mitovich simply writes that the pirate is finally going to debut a new look during the early part of Season 4.

Perhaps Emma (Jennifer Morrison) will help Killian pick out a modern black leather jacket to match the red one that she loves so much. Pair the coat with a black T-shirt and black jeans, and the pirate can still look like himself without looking completely out of place in Storybrooke.

Hook’s heavy leather uniform has faced ridicule from fans (especially Swan Queen shippers) who just can’t understand why Emma would choose a smelly pirate over better options, namely Evil Queen Regina (Lana Parrilla). Swan Queen shippers even managed to help Regina win handily in a Wetpaint poll that asked Once Upon a Time fans who Emma should be with.

It doesn’t look like this same-sex match will ever happen, but Hook haters might quit giving the Captain Swan romance such a hard time after the pirate finally changes clothes and ditches the guyliner.

Luckily for Swan Queen fans, there might not be much time to focus on the blossoming Captain Swan relationship during Season 4 of Once Upon a TimeFrozen fever is coming to Storybrooke in the form of a fresh batch of characters for the show to focus on.

The writers still might manage to squeeze in a few sweet nothings between Emma and Hook, but fans are going to be more interested in seeing what happens to Frozen characters Anna (Elizabeth Lail) and Elsa (Georgina Haig).

According to Entertainment Weekly, Elizabeth Mitchell was also recently added to the cast as a mysterious character who might have a connection to the sisters. She could be playing a boy-napping villain based on the evil Snow Queen in the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale that Frozen is based on, and it won’t be shocking if she turns out to be a relative of the Anna and Elsa (everyone is related on Once Upon a Time). Maybe she’s playing an evil aunt with icy powers just like Elsa (the ability to control ice has to be genetic, right?).

What are you looking forward to more on Once Upon a Time: seeing Hook become less of a cartoon character or seeing the Frozen story line play out?
