Ciara Debuts New Dreadlocks That Match Her Fiancé’s

Ciara has debuted a stunning new hairstyle that matches her fiancé’s dreadlocked style.

The singer, who recently gave birth to The Future’s child, clearly wanted to embrace the new chapter in her life by showcasing a vibrant new do. On Saturday she took to her Instagram account to upload a picture of her waist-length dreadlocks.

Most recently, the singer had been seen sporting sleek blonde locks, but just ahead of her return to work with Calvin Klein she decided to showcase her new look to her army of Twitter followers, adding the caption, “Back 2 Work and Im Obsessed….:)”

She’s clearly quite happy with it too as she uploaded a series of different images of herself that showed off her brand spanking new hairstyle, and a number of them also saw her staring deep into the lens in a sultry fashion.

Ciara has also been unveiling numerous pictures of her infant son, Future Zahir Wilburn, who was named after his father. Future Zahir may have only been born on May 19, but this didn’t stop him being the focus of one of his mother’s Twitter pics that celebrated the 4th July.

Discussing the name of her first child, who is The Future’s second as he already has an 11-year-old son, Ciara explained, “I went with what felt right in my soul and my gut. I didn’t second guess it.”

Ciara has also been her upcoming nuptials to her fiancé, telling the August/September issue of Brides that their wedding will be “indoors and black tie.” She then added, “for the palette, I’m not into loud colors. I like black and white, classic and clean.”

It seems that her new hairstyle will tie in with her wedding day decor, as she explained, “My everyday style is what I call ‘tomboy chic,’ but for my wedding, I’m going to do elegance with a little edge.”

It also sounds as if Ciara doesn’t want to make any of her friends upset, as she has asked eight of her pals to be her bridesmaids, two of which will also be maid of honor too.

“They’ll all wear the same color, but in a different style to suit their personalities,” she continued. “I want my ladies to look amazing.”

Discussing her dress, Ciara had previously told People, “I don’t know exactly what it is yet, but I do want it to be a little vintage-y, like something my mom would have worn, with a modern twist. I have an idea of the feeling I would love. I want to go a little throwback.”
