‘The Bachelorette’ 2014 Spoilers: Reality Hits ‘Home’ For Andi Dorfman In Next Episode

What Andi Dorfman learns in the next episode of The Bachelorette 2014 will hit home for her since it centers around the four finalists. The former assistant district attorney will visit the hometowns of each of the men — Nick, Marcus, Chris, and Josh. What will this Bachelorette episode bring for the woman just weeks away from picking the man she’s meant to spend the rest of her life with?

In an official press release provided by ABC Medianet,the synopsis surrounding Nick’s hometown date in Milwaukee states that he takes Andi on a tour of the city, they drink beer at a brewery, and then go polka dancing. Things get really interesting when Andi is introduced to Nick’s large family. The synopsis reads:

“But the real test will be when Andi is introduced to Nick’s very large family – all 17 of them. Nick is so devoted to his parents and 10 siblings that he is intent on getting their approval before he tells Andi he loves her and wants to spend a lifetime with her. She is even grilled by Nick’s nine-year-old sister. Will Andi be able to secure the approval of all these family members?”

Andi goes to Arlington, Iowa, to see Chris’ hometown and visit his family. Andi rides a tractor with the handsome young farmer and enjoys a picnic in the middle of a cornfield. ABC posted a small Bachelorette spoilers clip on their Facebook page for this hometown date concentrating on Chris. Unfortunately, the future starts looking dim for the couple when Andi expresses concern about what her role there would be like. She asks Chris what she would do for a living there and tells him she can’t picture herself living in Iowa. Chris tells her he can’t see himself living anywhere else. Is this a deal-breaker for the pair?

When Josh takes Andi to see his life in Tampa, she learns much more about his “unfulfilled dreams” after they play baseball at a field he played at as a child. He places a lot of focus on his family, especially his brother who’s been drafted into the NFL. The ABC synopsis posts this reality check for Andi after Josh’s hometown date:

“Although she is touched by his commitment to his brother, Andi is concerned that he might not make the time necessary to make a relationship his number one priority. That anxiety deepens when she meets his family who is clearly dedicated to the pro football career of Josh’s brother. Where does Andi fit into this family picture and Josh’s life?”

The final hometown date in this episode of The Bachelorette is Andi going to visit Marcus in Dallas. Apparently Marcus family adores Andi and is “anxious” for her to be a part of it. An issue arises when Andi second guesses her true feelings for him. The synopsis reads:

“For her part, Andi is wondering if she will be able to catch up with the deep feelings Marcus has showed her, making it clear that she is the love of his life.”
