Fans can watch the 2014 Wimbledon final live online as Roger Federer faces off against Novak Djokovic in what looks to be an epic battle.
For Djokovic, the match is a chance to follow up his 2011 championship at Wimbledon and try to win his first Grand Slam event since the 2013 Australian Open. Roger Federer has also gone two years without a Grand Slam win, and on Sunday will look to add to his record 17 Grand Slam titles.
The two will face off in the 2014 Wimbledon men's singles final on Sunday at 2 pm GMT (9 am ET).
Fans who watch the 2014 Wimbledon final live online will likely see a tight matchup. Federer noted that Djokovic has an aggressive game that keeps opponents on their toes.
"We both like to be close to the baseline," he said. "We both like to take charge, especially on quicker courts. He has a wonderful way of either redirecting or taking the ball early, you know, taking pace from the opponent, even generating some of his own. So I think that's what makes him so hard to play. There's not really a safe place you can, you know, play into."
History may be on Federer's side. The only time the two met on grass --- in the 2012 Wimbledon semifinal --- Federer won in four sets. He also leads the career series against Novak Djokovic 18-16.
Djokovic said he has great respect for Federer, but plans to come out aggressively.
"Of course, I respect Roger and everything he has achieved in his career as a player," Djokovic said. "To come back and play finals of Wimbledon again, it's incredible what he's doing. But, again, when we come to the court, that ends."
Djokovic has worked hard to stay at the top of his game, even hiring three-time Wimbledon champion Boris Becker to improve his play in Grand Slam finals.
"It's mental in the end of the day," Djokovic said. "You have to be able to be in the top of your game, mentally fresh and motivated, calm and composed."
