Two Thieves Viciously Attack A 78-Year-Old Man In A Video That Will Make Your Blood Boil

Two thieves attacked a 78-year-old San Bernardino man in a vicious gas station robbery that left him in the ICU, reports KTLA.

Food service equipment provider John Faust was filling up his gas tank at 4:30 am on Monday morning when two masked criminals approached him from both sides, wielding guns and demanding money.

“Give me your wallet,” demanded one of the attackers.

Before the great-grandfather knew it, he had been viciously hit in the face, immediately knocking him unconscious as he fell to the ground.

“The next thing I knew, I was lying on the ground,” Faust said.

As the man lay there helpless, the two men rifled through his pockets, ripping his jeans as they yanked his wallet away. The criminals quickly fled the scene, leaving the 78-year-old man unconscious on the ground.

As Faust comes to, he can be seen bleeding profusely and trying to make sense of what had just happened.

Faust suffered a fractured skull, a blood clot to his brain, and a broken nose as a result of the attack, according to CBS Los Angeles.

He spent four days in the hospital recovering.

Police have released the surveillance video of the gas station attack in hopes that someone will be able to come forward with information regarding the brutal assault.

The two assailants remain at large as of Tuesday.
