Jennifer Aniston Super Excited By Courteney Cox’s Engagement

Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox were Friends on-camera and remain friends off-camera. So when news broke of Courteney’s engagement, as reported by The Inquisitr, it only made sense that Jen was all smiles.

According to the article, “Jennifer Aniston flashed her engagement ring as she ran errands around NYC on Thursday just as her onscreen and offscreen friend, Courteney Cox, confirmed big engagement news of her own.”

This comes after several tabloids had reported that Jennifer and Courteney were fighting over a perceived pregnant wedding drama. According to Classicalite.com, several tabloids were reporting that Aniston was “currently in a wedding feud” with Cox. The website even claimed the pair were “in midst of a major catfight.” However, these recent reports suggest otherwise.

Another myth that was recently squashed was the rumor that Jen’s long time beau Justin Theroux was calling it quits on their engagement. When pressed by Extra at the red carpet premiere of his new HBO show The Leftovers, Theroux made it clear that he and Aniston remain excited to walk down the aisle together and aren’t letting pressure from the outside world affect their timetable:

“You guys are in more of a rush than we are. We have hot feet, but we’re not going to let you guys know,” Justin told reporters. “We’re still happily engaged.”

The couple certainly went out of their way to demonstrate that fact, packing on the PDA for all to see. Justin even went so far as to tell reporters, when talking about The Leftovers and it’s rapture scenario theme, that if he could, he’d follow Jennifer into the afterlife and beyond.

“That’s who I’d want to bring back,” he said of Aniston, 45. “That’s who I’d want to bring with me.” The Leftovers is a brand new HBO show, executive produced by Damon Lindelof of Lost fame. The show deals with a global Rapture-like event, in which some people disappear and others are left behind.
