‘The Vampire Diaries’ Set To Return This Fall As Part Of The CW’s Lineup


Fans of The Vampire Diaries are getting antsy as the summer drags on and their wait for the return of the show grows longer. In fact, fans of other popular CW shows have also been patiently awaiting the announcement of the return of their favorite shows. Well, that wait has come to an end as the CW has released their fall lineup!

According to E! News, the CW will kick off its fall 2014 season in October, and Vampire Diaries fans will be relieved to know that the show is set to return early in the month, along with the increasingly popular show, Reign! While there will be some returning favorites, there are also a few new shows set to premiere this fall as well!

8-9 p.m. The Vampire Diaries
9-10 p.m. Reign

Monday, October 6
8-9 p.m. The Originals
9-10 p.m. Supernatural retrospective

Tuesday, October 7
8-9 p.m. The Flash
9-10 p.m. Supernatural

Wednesday, October 8
8-9 p.m. Arrow
9-10 p.m. The Flash premiere encore

Monday, October 13
9-10 p.m. Jane the Virgin

Wednesday, October 22
9-10 p.m. The 100

While shows like Supernatural, Reign, The Vampire Diaries and The Vampire Diaries spinoff, The Originals are all returning shows, there are a few new shows in the lineup including Jane The Virgin and The Flash.

While many are awaiting to return of the popular CW shows, there are a few other shows that will be premiering at the end of the summer, including the popular modeling contest America’s Next Top Model, which is set to begin on Friday, August 22.
