Justin Bieber Involved In Minor Car Crash In Beverly Hills After Paparazzi Chase
Justin Bieber’s Escalade was caught up in a minor car crash in Beverly Hills Tuesday when a BMW smashed into the singer’s vehicle, as the SUV carrying the singer tried to evade a paparazzo in pursuit. No-one was injured, said police.
Justin Bieber was involved in a car crash in Beverley Hills, Los Angeles, on Tuesday after a BMW slammed into the right side passenger door of the black cadillac Escalade in which the singer was a passenger.
The Canadian singer’s Escalade was hit by the driver of a black BMW SUV outside Mastro’s steakhouse in Beverley Hills at around 2 pm PDT.
Beverly Hills Police told media outlets the car crash was a non-injury traffic accident.
Shortly after the accident Mail Online reported a source said: “Justin was only a passenger, not the driver, and he was not hurt.”
The insider reportedly added: “He is doing just fine.”
According to TMZ, Bieber’s Escalade was allegedly trying to evade a paparazzo chasing the singer in another vehicle.
The site reports witnesses said the star’s Escalade was moving at a fast speed down Canon Drive in Beverly Hills.

It was at this point that a BMW pulling out of a parking construct near Bouchon restaurant – which is opposite Mastro’s — and hit the right side passenger door of Bieber’s Escalade.
TMZ reports a witness said the BMW driver “misjudged the speed of the Escalade and smashed into it.”

Justin was seen covering his face with a black jacket to avoid being papped as he got into a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van and was driven away from the scene.
At the time of the accident the “Baby” singer was wearing three-quarter length sports pants, a black T-shirt, white sneakers, a baseball cap and aviator sunglasses.

This isn’t the first time that the singer has been caught up in a paparazzi-related car crash.
In 2012, two paparazzo chasing Bieber crashed into each other, and on January 1, 2013 a paparazzo was killed after trying to take a snap of Bieber’s Ferrari without realizing that the singer was not in the car.
Around two hours after the Tuesday car crash, Justin took to Twitter and posted a selfie.
“Just posted a #selfie on @shots,” he wrote, including a link to the photo.

Earlier in the day, the 20-year-old was seen driving his blue Ferrari to the Nialaya jewelry store on Melrose Avenue.
Tuesday’s accident comes at a time when Bieber’s legal team is finalizing a plea deal in the singer’s DUI case following his arrest in Miami Beach back in January.
It’s been reported that Justin will plead guilty to reckless driving, pay a fine and attend anger management classes in exchange for the dropping of all the charges. There is no probation requirement.
E! News reports Bieber moved into a luxurious, new condominium building in Beverly Hills this month.
It’s reportedly located in a quiet, tree-lined street. The singer is renting two penthouse units in the building, each of which has a rooftop deck and spa.
Other reports state the singer rented one penthouse unit and one unconnected unit directly below.
The Escalade-BMW collision follows a week in which Bieber has been seen almost daily with actress-singer now back-on girlfriend, Selena Gomez.
Last Friday the pair dined at Mastro’s, then saw Kevin Hart’s new comedy Think Like A Man Too before a late night studio session.
