Kate Middleton Pregnant: Report Claims Duchess Having Twins, Will Announce Soon

Kate Middleton is pregnant again and expecting twin girls, a new report is claiming.

The Duchess of Cambridge has been faced with a seemingly endless string of rumors over the last few months that she is pregnant with baby No. 2 — or No. 2 and No. 3— but those seemed to die down after she was spotted sipping whiskey with husband Prince William.

But a new report from Star magazine claims Kate Middleton is pregnant, and the royal family is close to officially announcing it.

“Sources close to Kensington Palace say that a doubly joyous announcement may be coming soon,” a source told the publication. “William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, recently learned that they’re expecting again-and this time, they’re having twins.”

But Star magazine offered no proof for its claims and has been dead wrong in the past when reporting on rumors. Kate Middleton also isn’t showing off a baby bump at all.

OK! Magazine has quoted other sources confirming that Kate at least wants to have a baby.

“Kate has always wanted a daughter, and she’s talked about it so much that William did too,” a palace insider told the publication.

The source added, “Kate’s upbringing with Pippa [Middleton] was idyllic and she always wanted to have girls of her own to carry on the legacy of strong, happy women. Plus, she thinks George having sisters will be tremendously good for his character.”

The latest pregnancy rumor is a re-hash of previous reports, which also claimed that Kate is pregnant with twins and was ready to make an official announcement soon.

Tabloids have apparently learned that Kate news is big business and have reported on just about every move she’s made. While Kate Middleton may be pregnant this time, it’s likely the public won’t know until the royal palace makes an official announcement.
