Kim Kardashian Wants Another Baby, Says She’s A ‘Strict Mom’

Kim Kardashian recently talked about being a mother while in Cannes for an event. The reality star shared some of her motherly techniques and called herself a “strict mom.” According to Radar Online, Kim doesn’t let her 1-year-old daughter do whatever she wants. She has rules and sets limits for her little one, which is a great way to raise a child. So far, North West seems to be doing really well.

Kim explained:

“I am a strict mother. I’m really fun and playful, but I’m really strict on nap time, and sleeping in her own crib. And maybe on weekends, she [can] come and sleep in the bed with us. But … I’m not crazy strict.”

Since Kim Kardashian grew up in a big family, she knows how it is to have siblings and she wants the same for her daughter, North. Kim and her husband, Kanye West, definitely do want to have more children — to give their daughter at least one sibling. However, Kim doesn’t think she will be following in her mother’s footsteps. She says that she wants to take things one step at a time before committing to a “number.”

Kim shared:

“I don’t know if I would really follow in my mom’s footsteps and have six. That’s a little crazy. [My parents] were in their 20s and they weren’t really thinking right. I like a big family and I would definitely like one more and see how that goes.”

Kim also defended her job as a reality television star, saying that she gets to film at home so that she is there with her baby. Kim works a lot of different jobs, but she is fortunate enough to be able to take her daughter with her almost everywhere she goes.

“The beauty of having a reality show — especially as we film at the house — is that the baby’s there. So I actually get to be with her — as opposed to if I had a job in an office, where I couldn’t be in the same room with her while I was working.”

According to E! Online, Kim said that motherhood, though scary at first, has been the “most heartwarming experience” of her life. She said that having a baby completely changed her life for the better — in ways that she never imagined.

Becoming a mother has also presented other challenges (but nothing that Kim isn’t used to). As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Kim and Kanye were recently under fire because they decided to get North’s ears pierced. That controversy was all over the internet for days with people debating whether or not a baby should have her (or his) ears pierced.
