Fans who want to watch UFC 174 live online will be able to catch some of the action without having to dish out the big Pay Per View fees.
The event’s main card will start at 10 pm ET from the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The main event features a welterweight bout between Rory MacDonald and Tyron Woodley.
Woodley has already stirred up a bit of drama, calling out UFC President Dana White for suggesting that the winner of the Matt Brown and Robbie Lawler bout next month will get to face Johny Hendricks next.
“I don’t think anybody is getting awarded anything,” Woodley recently told MMAjunkie Radio. “This is the UFC. You don’t think they can switch that and change the promos on the spot? I think it’s performance-based.”
Fans will be able to see if Woodley can do his part on Saturday, and the UFC is offering some of the event for all fans to watch.
In an effort to gain new fans to the MMA arena, Ultimate Fighting Championship will be giving away part of the UFC 171 card for free, offering live streaming video of all preliminary fights along with live scores of the rest of the action. The preliminary card is can be seen on UFC Fight Pass, which new viewers can see thanks to a free trial.
