Tracy Morgan’s Fiancee Blocks Mom From Praying At Bedside

Tracy Morgan’s fiancee, Megan Wollover, allegedly blocked her mother-in-law-to-be from seeing her injured son and also from praying at his bedside.

The actor and comedian, best known for his time on 30 Rock and Saturday Night Live, was seriously wounded in a car crash earlier this week is still recovering in hospital. He has shown some small signs of improvement, according to medical professionals.

His mother, Alicia Warden, revealed to TMZ on Tuesday that her son’s fiancee actually blocked her from seeing Tracy Morgan, the first time she went to visit him.

The exact details of how or why Wollover blocked Warden from seeing her son are not clear.

It’s no secret that that Tracy and his mom don’t have the best of relationships and haven’t been in contact at all for the best part of 11 years.

On Warden’s second visit to the hospital the following day she did get to see her son, but was only allowed to remain by his side for five minutes, and only under supervision.

Warden spoke out about the incident, saying:

All I wanted was for our family to be alone with him. I wanted to pray over him and couldn’t do that because so many people were in the room.

On Wednesday CNN reported that Kevin Roper, the driver of the truck which collided with Tracy Morgan’s vehicle, pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. It has been alleged that he hadn’t slept for 24 hours prior to crash. If that is proved to be the case, the truck driver could face much more serious charges,.

For the time being, Roper is being charged with vehicular homicide and assault by auto. Authorities are continuing to investigate the crash while lawyers on both sides prepare their cases for court.
