Sandra Bullock And Chris Evans Still Going Strong

It looks like Sandra Bullock and Chris Evans are still going strong. Last week we reported that Sandra and Chris were tentatively getting to know each other and seeing where things go. Now it looks like Chris Evans, who crushed on Sandra Bullock way back in her Speed days, is doing all he can to pursue a relationship with Sandy B.

According to reports, the Captain America stud is doing his best to win Sandra Bullock over. A source told US Weekly that “Chris is pursuing Sandra.” Another source added more fuel to the dating fire, letting the magazine know that “Chris is totally her type!”

If things work out between the couple, this would be the first serious boyfriend Bullock has had since splitting from her husband Jesse James in 2010. The split was a shock to Bullock’s system as it happened shortly after it was revealed that James had been cheating on the star. The whole thing went down before she collected her Oscar win for The Blind Side.

Now it looks like Sandra Bullock has moved on from that difficult time. As we previously reported, Evans and Bullock have a mutual attraction towards one another. When the news initially hit, a source told E! Online that although they are not in a relationship, “they are definitely hanging out and are in the early getting-to-know-each-other phase.”

The source continued saying that Sandra and Chris “haven’t put a title on it, but they really like each other.”

Back in the day Evans only had the nicest words for his crush. During an interview with Playboy, the actor said:

“I used to be in love with Sandra Bullock when I was growing up. Sandy B. was my girl. I remember seeing ‘Speed’ when I was in seventh grade and just thinking, ‘That’s her.'”

Their romance first became known when the pair was spotted having dinner in West Hollywood with mutual buddy Chelsea Handler. In April, they had dinner at another West Hollywood spot called Craig’s. At the time, Sandra Bullock and Chris Evans were joined once again by Handler and Bullock’s other friend and The Heat co-star Melissa McCarthy.

Sandra Bullock recently reunited with Chelsea Handler. Last night the two attended the AFI Life Achievement Tribute to Jane Fonda. While Bullock avoided questions about her possible new love Chris Evans, she wasn’t exactly shying away from the cameras. Bullock and Handler were photographed at a table, and they looked like they were having a great time enjoying some food and a little wine as well.
