‘The Walking Dead Pinball’ Shuffling Onto Digital Download This Summer

The Walking Dead Pinball game

Fight zombies in a brand new way this summer thanks to Telltale games and Zen Studios’ The Walking Dead Pinball. The Walking Dead Pinball is a brand new take on the ultra popular story based game available on almost any platform you can think of in the video game industry.

Zen Studios have long been thought of as the masters of the innovative digital pinball games and this title is set to stand out thanks to the partnership with Telltale games.

The Walking Dead Pinball game features a number of the most popular characters from Season One of Telltales games‘ classic. It also boasts some brand new voice acting from those who brought the characters to life on the Xbox 360, PS3, PC and mobile. Those characters are also heading to the Xbox One and PS4 soon.

The Walking Dead Pinball includes a number of locations from Season One as well. From Clementine’s treehouse to the pharmacy in Macon, fans of the series will see plenty to love in this newest addition to the lore.

“Zen knocked it out of the park with their interpretation Telltale’s first season of The Walking Dead as a pinball table,” Steve Allison, SVP of Publishing at Telltale Games said during the company’s unveiling. “Players once again get to step into the shoes of Lee Everett and protect Clementine as all the major events of season one play a role in the first ever pinball game that features choice and consequence gameplay.”

The Walking Dead Pinball game will be shown off at E3 but Telltale and Zen Studios have also released a new trailer, showing people what they can expect.

Perhaps the best part of The Walking Dead Pinball game is there are still some story driven choices included. Players will choose who to save and who to leave behind during the middle of a walker attack.

Gamers will also try to keep up morale in the group and go on the lookout for food, tools and shelter. The Walking Dead Pinball will even have players try to navigate their way through a walker horde.

All of this will be done in the totally original way that Zen Studios and Telltale have managed to make their way in the video game world. The partnership is one that people may not have seen coming, but it makes some sense now that the partnership has been forged.

The Walking Dead Pinball will be available on consoles, PCs and mobile platforms later this summer.
