Activision confirms April 2012 release for Prototype 2

Activision decided to get ahead of the San Diego Comic Con festivities by going ahead and announcing the release window for Prototype 2. According to the info sent over, the title is due out in April 24, 2012 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Not willing to settle for jumping ahead of SDCC once, Activision also released the first of three Prototype 2 CG trailers over on the official website. You can go there to check it out or, alternatively, find it embedded below.
