Battlefield 3 novel spotted on Amazon, Barnes & Noble

The folks over at the Battlefield 3 Blog spotted a listing on Amazon and Barnes & Noble for a 400-page Battlefield 3 novel. According to Amazon, the novel is due out day-and-date with the North America release of Battlefield 3 (October 25), but Barnes & Noble has a release date pegged for sometime in November.

According to both listings, the novel is being penned by ex-British soldier Andy McNab, author of a trio of military novels and the Nick Stone thriller series. Barnes & Noble lists the title as being co-wrote by Patrick Bach, executive producer for Battlefield 3.

EA hasn’t come out and officially confirmed the novel, but we’ll let you know the moment they do.
