Kate Middleton Nude Photo Comes Under Attack, Royal Family Expected To Respond

Kate Middleton was again photographed in the nude, and like the last time that naked pictures emerged of the Duchess of Cambridge, the royal family appears ready to go on the offensive.

The latest picture was snapped during a trip that Kate Middleton and Prince William took to Australia and New Zealand. The German tabloid Bild took a picture of Kate at the moment that a helicopter blew her dress upward, exposing her bare bottom.

The German tabloid captioned he picture, “Photos show our favorite Duchess Kate, 32, in the Australian Blue Mountains. The rotor blades of the royal helicopter swirl the air so that Kate’s summer dress blew up—giving a clear view of her beautiful bum!”

Royal officials have yet to officially comment on the newest nude photo of Kate Middleton, but sources say they are angry about the breach of privacy. Already several publications in the UK have spoken out against the picture.

The controversy comes just two years after another high profile breach of privacy for the royal family. A photographer snapped pictures of Kate Middleton topless while on a vacation with her husband, and several tabloid publications across Europe and the globe published the photo.

The royal family responded by going on the offensive, pursuing legal action against those who published the photo and even getting a court injunction against the magazine that originally published the photos to hand over the original copies.

Kate Middleton’s privacy was actually a major point of argument at the trial for former News of the World royal editor Clive Goodman. This week Clive’s lawyer, David Spens, said his client recognized that we went below his standards of journalism by hacking Middleton’s phone 155 times in 2005.

“I am not inviting any sympathy for Mr Goodman. Any sympathy for him has been forfeited by his admission that he hacked Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince Harry, which was a shameful thing to do,” said Spens.

“It’s all to do with maintaining high standards of journalism — respecting anyone’s right to privacy, not just Kate Middleton. Mr Goodman had recognized he had fallen below those standards,” he added.

While the royal family still hasn’t mounted an official response to the newest nude pictures of Kate Middleton, many expect them to do so very soon.
