The Inquisitr makes it into the Microsoft Worldwide Partners Conference big screen

Awhile back I wrote a post here regarding Google, Google Apps and its claim of FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act) accreditation and whether they were lying, or just being misleading about that claim.

Now flash forward to this past week and Microsoft’s big Worldwide Partners Conference; which is a big party to celebrate successful partners and to pump up the troops for the next year of battle. On Day 3 Kevin Turner, Microsoft Chief Operating Officer, got up on stage and laid out the battlefield and how Microsoft was doing against its competitors, like Google.

So imagine my surprise when I saw a slide flash up on the big screen that was highlighting two Google related stories of the past year and there was my post from The Inquisitr.

Needless to say I am pleased as punch since other than my work here I also write about Microsoft and Windows on my own blog and hey, we got to take our pats on the back where we can.

Thanks for the recognition (of sorts) Microsoft.
