Kylie Jenner Could Face Charges Following Tattoo Stunt

Kylie Jenner thought it was funny to tattoo her initials on Lionel Richie’s son. However, the reality TV star could face charges since she’s under the legal age required to permanently ink someone’s skin.

Word on the Hollywood street suggests that Kylie was hanging out in a recording studio with Khloe Kardashian and her alleged boyfriend French Montana on Friday, May 9. At some point during the evening, Miles Richie arrived on the scene and decided to get a tattoo. That’s when things got a bit more interesting.

According to Contactmusic, Kylie Jenner eventually picked up a tattoo needle and scrawled her initials on the poor guy’s hand. While the stunt is silly in and of itself — it’s never a good idea to have a friend’s name permanently attached to your flesh — apparently Jenner could face some legal issues for her stunt.

Complex points out that you can’t legally tattoo anyone if you’re under the age of 18. Since Kylie Jenner is 16, her actions were illegal under California law. To make matters worse, the entire thing was captured on video. However, it’s currently unknown if anyone will turn this tattoo stunt into a full-blown legal matter.

If you’re at all curious to see watch Kylie inscribe her initials on Lionel Richie’s son, then take a look at the video embedded below. It’s not an altogether exciting clip — unless you’re into watching underage girls wield a tattoo pen.

According to Spy Ghana, Miles Richie and Kylie Jenner were hanging out at professional tattoo artist John Petro’s shop when the incident went down. Although she reportedly received some assistance from Petro during the actual tattooing, the fact that she was holding the pen during the process makes the situation a little dicey.

Of course, there are a few happy clouds floating in Kylie Jenner’s skies these days. The reality TV star and her sister Kendall recently penned a novel entitled Rebels: City of Indra: The Story of Lex & Livia, a book that is now available for pre-order. Just Jared describes the story as a “dystopian” adventure.

Check out the official synopsis:

“In a world of the far future, the great city of Indra has two faces: a beautiful paradise floating high in the sky, and a nightmare world of poverty carved into tunnels beneath the surface of the earth.”

Maybe Kylie Jenner can use some of the money she earned from her upcoming novel to pay any fines she receives related to Miles Richie’s new tattoo.
