Kris Jenner Forbidden From Helping Plan Kim And Kanye’s Wedding

Kris Jenner has a reputation as something of a control freak, but when it comes to the wedding for her oldest daughter, Kris has been relegated to the sidelines.

For their upcoming wedding, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have decided to take care of all the planning themselves. Kris, who has earned the nickname “momager” for her tight control over her daughters both professionally and personally, admitted that she has nothing to do with any of it.

“Kim and Kanye have done this all on their own and they’ve had the best time planning it and I know nothing,” Jenner told E! News.

But Kris Jenner claims she has been able to relax and “let everyone else worry,” though not everyone finds it convincing. After all, it was Kris who pushed the Kardashian daughters into sharing all the intimate details of their lives through a series of reality television shows.

“I’m going into this with a great deal of excitement,” Kris said. “I was a little bit curious at first and now I’m just like OK, just let it go, breathe and enjoy.”

The wedding itself has become quite an event, especially in the wake of the fight between Solange Knowles and Jay Z, who will actually be Kanye’s best man. Despite rumors of trouble in their marriage, reports say that Jay Z and Beyonce will still be in attendance together.

But despite the hype surrounding the wedding, Kim Kardashian said it won’t be a big affair.

“We’re having a super, super small, intimate wedding,” she said at the time. “As we go along, we’re realizing we want it to be smaller and more intimate than people are imagining and thinking.”

Kim Kardashian didn’t release any other details about her wedding, and apparently isn’t sharing them with her mom either. Kris Jenner said she hasn’t even seen her daughter’s wedding dress yet.
