Angelina Jolie Dishes On Wedding Plans, Says Children Are Helping

Angelina Jolie recently opened up about her wedding, saying that she and Brad Pitt have been involving their children in the planning process. While Hollywood’s biggest power couple has yet to set a date — nor do they seem as though they are in any kind of rush to tie the knot — they have been talking to their children about the details. Jolie opened up about her life to People Magazine in a candid interview ahead of the release of her latest film, Maleficent.

“We are discussing it with the children and how they imagine it might be. Which is verging on hysterical, how kids envision a wedding.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have six children together. Maddox, 12, Pax, 10, Zahara, 9, Shiloh, 7, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 5, are the main focus of life for the couple. In the past, Brad and Angie have said that they would get married if their children really wanted them to, but that a piece of paper wasn’t important to them otherwise. Although Brad gave Angelina a ring (back in 2012), their relationship hasn’t really moved past the engagement phase.

Previously, the two wouldn’t even really talk about a wedding but it sounds like things might be changing — as far as wedding planning goes, anyway. It sounds like Brad and Angelina are thinking more about having a wedding but that they don’t want to take it too seriously — which could by why they are getting ideas from their children.

Of her brood Angelina said:

“They will, in a way, be the wedding planners. It’s going to be Disney or paintball – one or the other!”

Aside from getting married, Angelina Jolie is very excited about the release of Maleficent.According to E! Online, Jolie always loved the evil queen and getting to take on the role of a Disney character in such a way was fascinating — and challenging. And this movie is also special because Brad and Angie’s daughter, Vivienne, stars alongside her mom. The film is highly anticipated and fans cannot wait to see it when it hits theaters on May 30.

As previously reported by Inquisitr.com, Angelina Jolie feels as though her life is sort of like a fairy tale even though she never thought it would happen like this for her. She feels beyond blessed to have a good man, healthy children, and a successful career. All of these things make her who she is, and for that, she couldn’t be more grateful.
