Adriana Lima In Sexy Photo Shoot Days After Split From Husband

Adriana Lima may be going through some tough times at the moment, having just come out about her split from husband of five years, Marko Jaric. But that didn’t stop her from doing what she does best as she took to the streets of New York for a sexy Maybelline photo-shoot on Tuesday.

Looking great in a fur waistcoat and skintight jeans, hair pulled back into a tight ponytail, Lima walked around as a photographer snapped her looking natural. Unfortunately, she banged her head on the rear-view mirror of a bus at one stage but didn’t let it disturb her and remained composed.

As a true professional, Adriana Lima also showed no apparent sign of fatigue, even though she was at the Met Gala the night before and reportedly partied to the early hours. She also looked fantastic at the gala sporting a brown Givenchy gown along with an armour bustier.

Before she attended the Met Gala, Adrianna Lima sent the following Tweet: “A strong silhouette for tonight…thank you@givenchyofficial @riccardotisci17 #firstlook Time to enjoy a beautiful evening with @voguemagazine at the#MetGala.”

Regarding the recent split from her husband, the couple released a joint statement to PEOPLE, saying:

“After long and careful consideration, we have decided to separate after five years of marriage. We are grateful to be the parents of two incredible young daughters that we will continue to co-parent. We would greatly appreciate your respect for our family’s privacy as we begin this delicate next chapter for all members of our family.”

The couple met back in 2006 at a party in Los Angeles. In 2009, on her 27th birthday, they got engaged and eloped. They wed at an intimate and private ceremony at Jackson Hole, Wyoming, on Valentine’s Day.

Even though Adriana Lima previously said “I never saw myself being married. But after I met him everything changed,” it seems things “changed” again and the divorce proceedings are in the courts.
