James Franco Debuts Naked Paintings Of Seth Rogen
When James Franco performing in Broadway’s Of Mice and Men, or teaching at his own actor’s school in Los Angeles, he’s creating a media frenzy with his personal Instagram. While we have all heard about how Franco hit on a 17-year-old via Instagram, his latest share on the social networking imaging site is probably the most surprising and funniest TMI share from Franco.
Franco decided to share naked paintings of his friend and frequent collaborator Seth Rogen. The two have created many successful projects together, including Pineapple Express, This Is The End, and the viral parody “Bound 2” which even thrilled Kanye West. Now Franco has decided to push it to a WTF level, like most things featured on his Instagram these days.
This week he debuted photos of Seth Rogen naked, but these aren’t any photos — these are actually portraits Franco painted. Modeling in what we can only assume is a gag on George Costanza’s popular Seinfeld nude portrait, Franco drew Rogen on all fours and painted an Instagram-like caption “Seth wants it!” His second painting of nude Seth Rogen features the actor lying on his stomach with the caption “Sleepy bear.”
If you didn’t get your fill with those two photos, don’t worry because there’s more to come. James Franco made sure all of his Twitter followers were up on the news as he tweeted about the photos. However, as it’s suggested, one might need to actually go to a gallery in New York City to see the rest.

As for his other Instagram activity it seems like James Franco’s Instagram booty call attempt is pretty much behind him, but his Palo Alto co-star Emma Roberts is now dealing with, or not dealing with, the hysteria that it occurred. As we previously reported, while some people were convinced that Franco wanted to sleep with the 17-year-old girl who was vacationing in New York City, others said that this Instagram private message leak was nothing more than a publicity stunt to promote his upcoming film Palo Alto.
His Palo Alto co-star Emma Roberts plays a 16-year-old soccer player who is seduced by her much older soccer coach, played by Franco. When Emma was asked about the Instagram incident by HuffPost Live she didn’t feel the need to entertain or indulge in the incident.
“I honestly didn’t read any of it. When people sent it to me, I was like, ‘I don’t want to read about this.’ It’s irrelevant.”
