‘Batman Vs Superman’ Movie Star Henry Cavill Shows Off Muscles In Chicago

As the unnamed Batman vs Superman movie production gets ready to begin, stars are assembling in the Midwestern United States and this past Easter weekend several Henry Cavill sightings took place in Chicago.

Of course, Cavill is our new Superman and reprises the role from Man Of Steel in the Zack Snyder sequel.

Henry has been staying fit by continuing his grueling training regimen with fitness expert and consultant to the stars, Mark Twight, who helped him transform his body for Man Of Steel.

In Batman vs Superman, Henry will presumably get his butt kicked by Ben Affleck’s Batman, even though there is no official word as to what kind of relationship the two superheroes will have when they meet on the big screen for the first time in movies’ history.

As Warner Bros. gets set to start production for the sequel in Detroit, movie stars such as Henry Cavill are heading towards the area to begin work on the much anticipated sequel.

Some lucky fans who were paying attention spotted Henry Cavill and girlfriend Gina Carano as they enjoyed the beautiful spring weather and they were kind enough to pose for photos with them.

Henry always the gentleman, looks ready to take on his part for Batman vs Superman again, as you can see from some of the pics posted on Twitter:

Cavill — who stands at six-feet, one-inch tall — looks in even better shape than he did for Man Of Steel and he will need all his stamina, if (as most expect) he faces off against Ben Affleck — the tallest Batman ever, at six-feet, four-inches tall — in the DC Entertainment flick.

If you remember, Henry was featured in a series of training videos put out by the National Guard, as part of the promotion for the Man Of Steel opening, in which he is seen going through his very demanding routine.

There have also been reports from trainer Mark Twight, that he has been getting Gal Galdot, Wonder Woman, ready for her role in Batman vs Superman. It is not clear if he is also working with Ben Affleck, but the actor’s wife, Jennifer Garner, said he had grown “17-inch biceps.”

As the beginning of production nears, not only Henry Cavill, but the rest of the cast has been trickling into Detroit and are said to be ready to go to work for Zack Snyder’s sequel, Batman vs Superman, expected to fly into theaters on May 6, 2016.
