Victoria Beckham Diet Keeps Her Looking Fit As She Turns 40

Victoria Beckham diet keeps her fit.

Victoria Beckham turned 40-years-old on Friday and thanks to her diet and exercise regimen she keeps looking young and super fit.

The former member of the defunct Spice Girls, nicknamed Posh back in the day, really looks fabulous especially if one considers she is the mother of four young kids from former footballer husband David Beckham.

So how does she keep that slim figure?

A strict diet of mostly fruits, vegetables, legumes, spices, nuts, and seeds and running on her treadmill everyday at 6 am for four-miles is how, but Victoria actually says she eats a lot and controls her weight by staying active, denying rumors that she suffers from some kind of eating disorder, as she looks so slim.

In an in-depth interview Beckham had with Allure magazine in February of this year, she also confessed that she had removed her breast implants. No reason given:

“I don’t have them anymore…I think I may have purchased them, or they got removed, one or the other.”

According to the Daily Mail some reports suggest that Victoria Beckham is somewhat obsessed with her physical appearance and is terrified of developing cellulite (like many mere mortals do). This has led her to workout with a system called HYPOXI, where she exercises on a bike inside a egg-shaped pod.

The machine acts like a vacuum for the lower body, which increases blood flow and allegedly helps to burn fat and keep the dreaded orange-peel-looking skin at bay.

Victoria indulges on a diet of steamed white fish and fresh vegetables. Her treat is a bunch of frozen grapes, which she claims have the texture of ice cream.

The treadmill is Beckham’s best friend and she not only walks and runs on it for a few miles, but she dances. That’s right, “treadmill dancing” is one of Victoria’s favorite things to do and it includes doing dance moves, skipping, dancing, and lunging for approximately an hour.

About 10-years ago the 40-year-old decided to leave the show business limelight and focus on her dream of becoming a fashion designer, which along with being married to one of the best football players ever, has made her more successful than she ever dreamed possible.

“I was never a natural,” Beckham told Allure. “I got there in the end because I did believe that if you work hard enough, then you can achieve a lot.”

And love her or hate her, Victoria Beckham is one of the most recognized names in the fashion industry. At forty, she is very happy with who she is professionally and personally and credits her husband, David Beckham for it:

“David is the most wonderful man I have ever met,” Victoria gushed. “He’s a fantastic father. He’s incredibly talented, a wonderful husband. I supported him for many years, and he’s proud of me. He supports me. We’re very equal at home.”
