Selena Gomez Repeat Trespasser Charged With Felony Stalking

A man arrested after trespassing at Selena Gomez’s Calabasas, California, home twice in one week has been charged with felony stalking.

Transient Che Cruz, 20, appeared before prosecutors in a Los Angeles courtroom for an initial court appearance Monday.

Cruz also faces a misdemeanor charge of violating a court order for returning to Gomez’s home Friday, just hours after his release from jail after pleading no contest last Wednesday to a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized entry of a dwelling house (Selena’s) on March 30.

For that, Cruz was handed a 45-day jail term, ordered to stay away from Gomez and her home and prohibited from possessing weapons.

However, due to overcrowding in the jail he was sent to he was released out by Friday.

The Associated Press notes jail records do not reveal if Che has an attorney.

The Spring Breakers star may well be looking heavenward of late given recent events.

Selena was served with a subpoena last Thursday outside a Los Angeles convenience store by a process server, in a money shot moment that was captured by paparazzi.

As it turns out, Gomez has been ordered to testify at an April 23 deposition in a lawsuit filed against her on-off boyfriend Justin Bieber by paparazzo Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran who is suing Bieber in a civil assault and battery case launched last June.

Duran claims he was drop-kicked by Bieber in the parking lot of a Calabasas shopping mall during a confrontation with the then 18-year-old heartthrob in May 2012.

Gomez – who was on a date with the “Baby” singer at the time – will be deposed on April 23 and grilled by Duran’s lawyer (s) on what she allegedly saw, her relationship with Bieber and any other queries.

In addition, following Bieber’s now infamous appearance at a Miami deposition for a lawsuit filed by paparazzo Jeffrey Binion – who alleges the singer ordered his bodyguards to attack him after he was spotted taking photos last June — Selena is set to be deposed in the same suit.

Binion’s attorney, Mark DiCowden told Radar Online: “I will be serving Selena Gomez next week. She witnessed Justin Bieber attack a photographer back in 2012.”

Despite these worries, Selena partied with Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and Willow Smith at the 16th birthday celebration of rapper mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son, Christian “King” Combs, at 1Oak in Los Angeles Friday.

Wearing head-to-toe all black each looked amazing, with Selena and Kylie giving their fans a window into the festivities by posting social media snaps.

The 21-year-old Latina let her curls down as she snuggled up in one photo with 16-year-old Kylie, while Kendall, 18, and the birthday boy photobombed from behind.

It remains to be seen whether Cruz’s felony stalking charge keeps him in jail and away from Gomez’s residence this time.
