Kate Gosselin and her eight children are back for one night only! According to ABC News, Kate and her eight kids will be returning to TLC sometime this summer for a one-hour catch up special.

The twin girls came first followed by the sextuplets.

For this new one-night special, there are conflicting reports as to whether Jon will make an appearance. ABC News reported that it’s still unknown while US Weekly has reported that Jon will not be making an appearance. The Kate Plus 8 special will, however, include Kate Gosselin and her eight kids, Mady and Cara, now 13, and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel, all nine years old.

TLC and Kate announced on Tuesday that the one-hour catch up special would be taking place this summer. Kate announced it on her Twitter feed, and while some may be happy about this little reunion, there were quite a few people who didn’t take the news too well.

While many are commenting negatively commenting on the Kate Plus 8 special, there are many who would are looking forward to seeing the kids now that they are all grown up.
