Kate Gosselin and her eight children are back for one night only! According to ABC News, Kate and her eight kids will be returning to TLC sometime this summer for a one-hour catch up special.
Kate and her eight kids first rose to fame in 2007 when the show Jon & Kate Plus 8 first aired on TLC. Of course, at that time, Kate was still happily married to Jon Gosselin and they all lived happily in their Pennsylvania home.
The show chronicled the lives of both Kate and Jon and of course all eight of their children. It was widely known that Kate and Jon had troubles with convincing a child naturally, so they had some special help, which resulted in the conception of two sets of multiples. The twin girls came first followed by the sextuplets.
For this new one-night special, there are conflicting reports as to whether Jon will make an appearance. ABC News reported that it’s still unknown while US Weekly has reported that Jon will not be making an appearance. The Kate Plus 8 special will, however, include Kate Gosselin and her eight kids, Mady and Cara, now 13, and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel, all nine years old.
