Miley Cyrus Gets ‘Sad Kitty’ Tattoo Inside Of Her Lip
Miley Cyrus has come a long way from her innocent years working for Disney as Hannah Montana. Now, it seems Miley is doing everything to expose herself as edgy, innovative, or daring – which includes a brand new tattoo…on the inside of her lip!
The new tattoo was revealed, via her official Instagram, on Friday. It was done on the inside of her bottom lip. For unique tattoos, Miley is not doing anything special. There are plenty of other people, mostly performers of their trade, who have done what Miley has done with ink. Where she stands out, is the tattoo is a picture. Usually, inner-bottom lip tattoos are words.
As shown above from a tweet from her official Instagram, Miley showcases her new tattoo. It is a smiley of a “Sad Kitty”. If you look closely, a teardrop is coming down the side of the kitty’s face. Why Miley got the tattoo in the first place is unknown, but it is pretty unique.
Right now, Miley Cyrus is performing on her Bangerz Tour, which started back in March. Since then, Miley has had some unique situations occur, such as performing in her underwear after a minor wardrobe malfunction, on March 9th in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Miley actually, joked about the situation on her Twitter stating:
“Not a new outfit for 23. I didn’t make my quick change and I couldn’t not come out for the song so I just had to run out in my undies.”
“Never happened to me before. but I love my fans as much as they love me! I couldn’t miss 23. Show must go on.”
Apparently, Miley Cyrus does all she can to bring a show to her fans. However, it is what happens between shows, or backstage, where the most outrageous stuff happens. According to Daily Mail, Miley has posted up some interesting hobbies of hers, on her Instagram account, prior to her new tattoo. This includes Miley rolling up a suspicious-looking cigarette – a photograph originally shared by Flaming Lips frontman, Wayne Coyne.
As for tattoos, Miley Cyrus has many other tattoos inked on her body prior to her “Sad Kitty”. The last tattoo Miley showed off was a portrait of her grandmother, Loretta Finley, on her arm. It is also considered her 18th tattoo, right behind others such as “LOVE” on her ear, a heart, cross, and peace sign, and the word “EQUAL” on her fingers, which shows Miley’s support for gay marriage. Kat Von D has done most of them.
Miley Cyrus has done some crazy things in her career as of late. From twerking to Blurred Lines on MTV, kissing other girls, to posting pictures of her playing with a large sex toy on an airplane, Miley’s new lip tattoo can actually be considered “tame”.
