Kordell Stewart Fights Gay Rumors By Filming Steamy Scene With New Girlfriend

Kordell Stewart has been fighting rumors for years that he is gay, and after his now-ex wife not so subtly accused him of preferring men the former NFL quarterback seems set to prove otherwise.

Stewart filmed scenes for a new matchmaking web series, meeting with Atlanta relationship expert Shenae Hall and starting a relationship with a woman named Angel.

The gossip blog MediaTakeOut had some racy details from their date:

“In the show, the two seem to hit it off, and even make their way to Kordell’s HOT TUB. The lovely Angel then slowly PEELED OFF HER CLOTHES and gave Kordell a rub down.

“We’re told that the two are DEFINITELY an item.”

Even since his time in the NFL, when he was known as a two-way player on the field who could fill in at a number of offensive positions, Kordell Stewart has battled rumors that he is gay. The quarterback reportedly confronted these rumors in the Pittsburgh Steelers locker room during his playing days, assuring teammates that he his not gay.

But those rumors again surfaced when the Real Housewives of Atlanta dedicated a considerable chunk of time to his split with Porsha Stewart.

In the Season Six premiere, Porsha publicly called out Kordell Steward and implied that he is gay.

“There were definitely times in the marriage that Kordell didn’t necessarily want me, physically, and that made me wonder, what does he want?” she said.

Sources said that Porsha was worried even before the wedding that Kordell Stewart may be gay, but he reassured her that he was indeed straight.
