Christian Bale, Wife Sibi Blazic Expecting Second Child

Christian Bale is definitely has something to celebrate these days! According to E! News, the American Psycho star wife Sibi Blazic are expecting their second child! Blazic actually debuted her baby bump in an elegant black ensemble on Sunday Mar. 2 when she and Bale stepped out on the red carpet for the 2014 Academy Awards.

While a representative for the couple declined to comment, US Weekly spoke with an insider close to the couple. They are truly a supportive couple, he and Sibi are thrilled,” the insider told the publication. “She’s been traveling with him while he’s been touring around for American Hustle.”

Its definitely no secret that Bale and his wife are extremely close. Back in 2010, the 40-year-old actor actually opened up about his personal life with Esquire Magazine about marriage and fatherhood.

Even then, the actor doted on his wife’s love and unwavering support of his hectic schedule and demanding career, declaring that he owes “everything” to her. “She’s such a good, strong woman,” he added.

He went on to talk gush about their 8-year-old daughter, Emmeline.”The last few years of my life have been spent just watching animation – for my daughter – and getting a kick out of that,” the Dark Knight actor gushed to Esquire in 2010 about fatherhood. “I love anything that she likes. If she’s getting a kick out of it, I love it. I find myself tearing up at the most ridiculous things now, sitting next to my daughter while she’s watching a movie.”

Bale and Blazic, a former make-up artist and personal assistant to famed actress Winona Ryder tied the knot on Jan. 29, 2000. The American Hustle star, who is adamant about protecting and maintaining the privacy of his personal life has been relatively quiet about the pregnancy. So, no further details have been released about the baby.
