Scarlett Johansson: Confirms She’s Expecting Her First Child

Scarlett Johansson made headlines today after she just announced she’s expecting her first child. Scarlett is currently engaged to Romain Dauriac, who is a French journalist, and manager of a creative agency. Johansson announced her engagement with Dauriac this past September.

However, she doesn’t plan on rushing the wedding anytime soon. She tells Good Morning America: “I’m not doing any wedding planning”

Scarlett has future plans for her career, and she’s even interested in making the transition to directing her own movies. She tells Contact Music that she has acquired some screenplays that she would like to try to direct.

Scarlett Johansson’s most recent work was her role in the movie Her, which just won an Oscar for “Best Original Screenplay” Sunday night. Scarlett however, wasn’t seen in the whole movie. Johansson’s voice was all that was used in the movie. Her is about a man who falls in love with his new operating system, and the operating system uses Johansson’s voice. She is also in a new movie coming out on April 4th called Under the Skin. In this movie she plays an alien seductress that preys upon hitchhikers in Scotland.

If you’re a fan of the Avengers then you must be a fan of Scarlett Johansson. In the previous Avengers movie she plays the Black Widow, and since the movie was such a success she is currently working on Avengers 2: Age Of Ultron. Johansson brings the character Black Widow to life, and because of that Marvel has announced plans to make a solo movie for Black Widow. Marvel wants to start making strong female characters that they can put into their cinematic universe, and their looking to use Johansson to be the leader.

Scarlett Johansson is a beautiful actress who has a bright future ahead of her. It will be interesting to see her debut as a director in the movie industry. She starred in Joseph Gordon Levitt first movie that he directed, produced and starred in, the film is called Don Jon. Don Jon was a success, and hopefully Johansson will have that same luck.

However, all that will have to come after Scarlett Johansson has her baby. Scarlett Johansson is currently 5 months along in the pregnancy.
