Ariana Grande Asks Her Fans To Lay Off Perez Hilton
Ariana Grande doesn’t want her fans stooping to Perez Hilton’s level.
The Sam & Cat star and the celebrity gossip blogger haven’t had the best relationship in recent days. The problem started when Hilton said some nasty things about the singer during her appearance at the 2014 Grammy Awards, prompting an immediately backlash from her fans.
Things came to a head after some of Ariana Grande’s followers decide to send death threats to Hilton, including a few messages directed towards his baby. This prompted the blogger to issue a stern message to Ariana and those who stuck up for her. He also began making up stories about her alleged cocaine addiction, rumors that could ultimately result in a lawsuit.
Grande recently tried to get her fans under control by posting a message on Twitter. While she didn’t mention Perez by name, it’s clear that Ariana was directing the post towards those folks who had come to her defense with virtual guns blazing.

Not surprisingly, Hilton didn’t respond very positively to the messages her received from Grande’s fans. He shared his feelings with the entire world in a rambling post on Instagram.
Here’s what Hilton had to say on the matter:
“I know most @ArianaGrande fans are 12 years old- at least they almost all act like it – but ENOUGH is enough! Even 12 year olds KNOW better than to wish death on a baby and say the disgusting things that 99 percent of her fans have been spamming my Instagram with. I am NOT sorry I said #ArianaGrande was dressed awfully with boring hair at the Grammy Awards. I will not apologize. And, listen up, kids! For every day you continue to say vile things on my photos, I will continue to bring it to the attention of Ariana.”
He continued:
“Do YOU want her seeing all those tweets pointing to the fact that she has the worst fandom out there? She does. It’s the truth. And, at this point, her silence on this matter is shameful. Her team KNOWS what her fans are saying about my family and doing to my Instagram photos. Ariana keeping quiet is condoning and promoting that behavior! Shameful, Ariana. Shameful! Quite being such an enabler and SAY SOMETHING! Until then, I guess I will be a baby myself and do what I think I need to do to get this bull*** to stop. All this silliness started over me saying I did not like her look! I had always supported and liked Ariana. Until now! Over her! And over her fans!”
While directing threatening messages toward his child is definitely taking things too far, Perez ultimately brought this firestorm upon himself when he decided to say some not-so-nice things about Ariana Grande’s hair and outfit at the Grammys. If he doesn’t want people to deal with fans, then he should probably learn to keep his mouth shut.
