Justin Bieber Reportedly After $10.95 Million Atlanta Mansion Close To Mentor Usher

Justin Bieber’s search for a new home in Atlanta, is reportedly zeroing on a $10.95 million mansion in the same exclusive district as his mentor Usher.

According to TMZ, the 19-year-old singer has taken a shine to a sumptuous seven bedroom mansion in the Buckhead area of the city, also stomping ground of rapper Young Jeezy.

Bieber’s return to his musical alma mater — he relocated to Atlanta from Stratford, Ontario, with his mother Pattie Mallette in 2008 to prep for a record deal with manager Scooter Braun and Usher — is rumored to be an indefinite one while he records his new album.

Noting his relocation weeks ago on Twitter, he wrote:

“Back in my second home. Good to be back. Focused on building up positive energy.”

In addition to wanting to escape the paparazzi-dense goldfish bowl of Los Angeles, the star is reportedly loving ATL’s vibrant hip hop scene and more relaxed culture. Bieber also has strong ties to friends there.

Numerous outlets are currently proclaiming the 19-year-old is about to launch a rap career based on sightings of the star with hip hop mavens Diddy, Rick Ross, new mentor T.I., T-Pain, Wale, Stalley, and Jermaine Dupri at Vanquish Lounge and studios in recent weeks.

The singer dusted off “Bizzle,” a private name he has used among friends for some time and re-registered it against one of his social media accounts. Many outlets appear to think this is Justin’s ‘rap name.’

However, from a snippet of new music heard during Bieber’s Instagram video tease over the weekend, he is still very much a singer of songs and there was no trace of rap in sight.

It’s entirely possible the teen star simply changed his private moniker to public on a whim.

Bieber has since removed “Bizzle” from his instagram account and reverted back to using his full name.

Metro reports the change followed pressure by a British gang rapper named “Lethal Bizzle” who threatened the singer.

The celebrity gossip site reports Bieber is looking to buy pretty much immediately and has a checklist of real estate do’s and dont’s for his Atlanta move, most of which are influenced by his state of siege, two-year residence in a gated enclave of Calabasas, Los Angeles.

To cut an unpleasant story short, the “Baby” star was accused by his estranged neighbor of egging his house on January 9.

Five days later Los Angeles sheriffs raided Bieber’s $ 6.5 million mansion, leaving with his home security surveillance system, iPhone, live-in pal Xavier’s “Lil Za” Smith in handcuffs for suspected drug possession — later confirmed — and seemingly the Canadian’s peace of mind.

He hasn’t been back since.

TMZ previously reported the heartthrob told his camp he felt “trapped and violated” by the police swoop on his home, and is specifically looking for a property that can’t be seen from the street and sits on at least five acres of land.

It’s reported the singer wants a minimum 10,000 sq. ft in Atlanta, as it’s likely he intends to build a skate park in the grounds.

Justin’s rumored $4-$10 million budget may well be considered chicken feed to Buckhead’s “old money” set.

X.17.com previously published photos of moving trucks hauling things away from Bieber’s Calabasas pad to an unknown destination, in the interim between the January 14 police raid and his suspected DUI arrest in Miami Beach on January 23.

It was later reported Bieber is on the hunt for wide open spaces, away from neighbors and was eyeing 20 acre estates in Hidden Valley, which borders Calabasas and is less built-up. He is apparently still looking for a property there.

It’s not hard to see why the young icon likes the Buckhead property.

Sited on vast, stylish grounds, the home features a 70 ft. pool, spa, gym, home cinema, wine cellar, an outdoor Viking kitchen complete with fireplace and a separate guest house.

Large trees effectively shield the house from the curious or professionally nosy, and should satisfy Bieber’s privacy needs.

Mail Online notes Sotheby’s Realty billed the estate as: “Custom new residence in Tuxedo Park, perfect for the sophisticated buyer that wants extraordinary attention to detail. This residence is the Ferrari of luxury real estate in Atlanta.”

Currently counting down the days until his 20th birthday – with just 13 days to go – and recording new music, Bieber is keeping a relatively low profile while he house-hunts.

Following his DUI in arrest in Miami, Florida, last month and an assault charge in his native Canada for allegedly attacking a limousine driver in December, the singer is also facing possible charges in the egg-assault case in which he is accused of causing an estimated $20,000 damages.

Bieber’s mother, who sources recently revealed is “genuinely concerned” about what will happen to her son in the cases against him, is believed to be with him as he organizes his affairs in Atlanta.
