‘Seinfeld’ Reunion Of Sorts Confirmed By Jerry Seinfeld [Video]

A “Seinfeld” reunion of sorts has been confirmed Jerry Seinfeld. Well, kind of. On the Boomer and Carton radio show Thursday morning, Jerry Seinfeld confirmed that some of the actors from “Seinfeld” have been working on a project together.

Earlier this month, The Inquisitr reported that Jerry Seinfeld had leaked information about some sort of project in the works. Later, Jerry was seen outside of the famous “Tom’s Restaurant” shooting some scenes with former Seinfeld actor, Jason Alexander. The internet has been abuzz with rumors about the project.

While Seinfeld was supposed to be talking football on the popular WFAN radio show, it quickly turned into a “Russian interrogation” about the potential of a Seinfeld reunion. While Jerry remained pretty tight-lipped, he did confirm that it involves Larry David, Jason Alexander, and some other cast members.

Whatever the reunion will be, Seinfeld made sure the audience knew it would be a “one and done” project. There has been speculation about a Seinfeld movie, but much of that was laid to rest when Jerry said it would be a “short-ish” project. Others have speculated on a commercial or webisode, but all Jerry would say is that it will be longer than a minute.

“Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee” has been Seinfeld’s most recent successful endeavor. The short webisodes feature Jerry getting together with other comedians and talking about life over cups of coffee. The short videos are full of laughter and vulnerability as the viewers get the opportunity to see a different side of their favorite comedians.

As expected, his announcement started a firestorm on Twitter.

The Seinfeld reunion will probably not live up to expectations, but Jerry has confirmed that it is coming “very, very soon.”
