Viewers can watch the Bachelor wedding live online as Sean Lowe and Catherine Guidici are set to tie the knot in front of a few million of their closest friends.
The couple met on Sean’s season of The Bachelor, which aired last year, and wasted no time in walking down the aisle. They are set to wed from the Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore in Santa Barbara in a live ceremony airing at 8 p.m. ET (with a tape-delay on the West Coast).
For those who can’t tune in to ABC, the network is also airing the Bachelor wedding live online so people can see Sean Lowe and Catherine Guidici tie the knot on their computers.
Sean said after falling in love on television, holding the Bachelor wedding live on television and online only made sense.
“It just made sense for us,” Sean told The Hollywood Reporter. “Our relationship started on TV and has followed us along the way. Not only that, but the people who put on the show have become very close to us. It’s like a big family. And on top of that, we knew we’d have an incredible wedding we didn’t have to pay for. But most importantly, Bachelor Nation is so passionate about the show and they truly feel invested in our relationship. It’s a great opportunity to have them there with us.”
The Bachelor wedding is the fourth televised nuptials in the history of the franchise, following ceremonies for Ryan and Trista Sutter, Jason and Molly Mesnic kandJ.P. and Ashley Rosenblaum. But this will be the first that’s being shown live on television and online.
Though their relationship may be newer than others, Lowe said they are more than ready.
“We’re stronger than we’ve ever been,” he told People magazine. “And not to sound too clichéd, but I fall more in love with her every day. Watching Catherine walk down the aisle will be the best moment of my life.”
