Justin Bieber Gets New Neighbor Kourtney Kardashian Just As He’s Reportedly Advised To Move

Justin Bieber’s celebrity-dense Calabasas neighborhood just added Kourtney Kardashian to the exclusive gated community.

The news comes amid rumors of the 19-year-old star “refusing” to move from his home on the advice of advisers, including his longtime manager Scooter Braun.

The rumor comes courtesy of Radar Online so make of it what you will but, frankly, it would make sense.

It’s claimed Justin’s camp think he should sell up and get out of dodge in light of the recent egging incident at his neighbor’s house – of which the singer is accused – and a list of of complaints from other residents about the teen.

It’s claimed Bieber is refusing to put his Mediterranean style $6.5 million house up for sale as, “He loves the house and doesn’t want to give his neighbors the satisfaction of leaving. So for now, Justin is staying put.”

Now that the sparky Kourtney is moving in, the “All That Matters” singer might be even more reluctant to move.

According to E! News, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians mother-of-two has bought the Calabasas mansion of former NFL player, Keyshawn Johnson, who famously had a dispute with Justin over his alleged reckless driving in the area last May.

Johnson’s old house is within minutes of Bieber’s, which should make the superstar’s recent defender Kylie Jenner’s future visits much more convenient.

Keyshawn has reportedly been trying to offload his place for a while, even bringing down the price to make it more attractive to buyers. It was finally taken off the market on December 31 at just over $8 million.

The nearly 12-000 square feet pad comes with six bedrooms, a staggering nine bathrooms, and sits in two-acre grounds.

And outside, there’s plenty of room for Kourt, baby Penelope, older bruiser Mason, and Lord Scott Disick – who recently cameoed in a rap video along with Justin, Tyga, Sean Kingston, French Montana, Pusha T, and lead Mally Mall – to romp around in.

The 2011-built house reportedly boasts a massive backyard, multiple outdoor fireplaces, a sunken basketball court, a pool, a cabana and gazebo, a spa, and a barbeque center.

Back in May, Johnson claimed he saw Bieber speeding around the Calabasas neighborhood in his white Ferrari.

As it turned out, Bieber’s home security video and revealed the singer only hopped into the driver’s seat to park his car in the garage.

The rapper, Tyler The Creator, also publicly admitted he had been behind the wheel.

Here’s hoping Kourtney and Bieber get on better than he did with Keyshawn.

Bieber was arrested this morning in Miami for drag racing and DUI.

The news comes after mounting rumors that the 19-year-old has a codeine dependency and is being urged to seek professional help and check into rehab.
